Its been a while, and I have been VERY busy with my world, and real life – which is more important than sims.
But I have also made some real life looking Cats and a dog.

This is by far the biggest and most expensive house i’ve ever build. It cant remember the cost, but the lot is a 65×65.
The house is furnished with a LOT of store-content, so if you download it, and do not have the stuff I have, the house will not look the same !

The houseplan is builded around a big shark-aquarium, my thought is that the aquarium is a living artpiece, and therefore is the floorplan pretty open in the main floor.
in the main floor you’ll find:
Kitchen, dinningroom, indoor garden, master bedroom ensuite, livingroom and another bathroom, and of couse the big aquarium
The first floor includes: Teenageroom, childrens room, toddler or baby room, study room, guest-room (or butler room) lounge area, and 2 bathrooms.
The first basement is a party-bar area, and the second basement floor is a private gym.
The garden includes pool-party-lounge-area, fire-place area, ready for seeds-garde and a plain grass area for playing.:

This mini-modern is a great starter home, that is fully furnished, it includes two bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen and diningroom and two bathrooms. The roof terrese is empty, so you can use it for hobbies, sundeck or whatever you like.
Lotsize: 20×30, so plenty of room for expanding the home.
I don’t remember the cost of it, but it is under 21.000§

It’s been awhile since I’ve wrote anything here, so this i the day. I’ve been working on this Haunted House the entire month, and finished it 4 days ago, but then the exchange wouldn’t cooperate, but now it up !

Entering the house, you walk into a large hallway, that leads to the livingroom, and a bathroom. in the livingroom there is a lounge area and dining area, from here you can walk into the kitchen, that could use some new paint or something, and you can walk into an emty room, where the staircase to the secret basement is.
The first floor includes a reading-area, toddler room, master bedroom, bathroom and a stair to the 2. floor. Every room has its own charm, and the toddler can rest in the very fabulous bed, where a werewolf has killed every toddler, that has ever lived in the house, it still has blood on it.
The 2. floor is where the children can go crazy… or you could lock ‘em in.
The house is made for this family:
The mother is, Juliana Adams, who is Young Adult, her traits are: Over Emotional, technophobic, snob, Evil and Mean spirited.
The father, Adam Adams, also Young Adult, has these traits: Technophobic, dramatic,hot-headed, Schmoozer and Evil.
The daughter, Sofia Adams, who is Child, has these traits: Technophobic, loser, hot-headed.
Finally the son, Samuel Adams, he is Toddler and has the Genius and Evil traits.

The Villa, for a 4-persons family.
When you enter the house, you get into the small entrence, you can go under the arches, to the eat-in-kitchen, which is decorate in pale green colours, and there is room for the kids to sit at the counters and make there homework, while mom or dad cookes dinner.
From the kitchen you can go into the smalle study-fireplace-room, which is perfekt if you need a break. from here you can go into the bright blue bathroom. Back in the kitchen, you can go upstairs, where the master bedroom, in orange-red colours, is, and the pink teenage/kids room, and a blue kids-room. and there is also a bathroom, in pale blue-white colours.
Back at the hall, you can go the other way, into to pale coloured livingroom.
Outside, the house have a small balcony, where you can make your morning gym in the sunligt.
The garden is easy to keep, and perfekt, if you want a swing or other outdoor activities for the family.
In the last picture can you see the fire-place-study room… just ind case you didn’t know.

Outside the garden looks nice, easy to keep nice, not too many flowers or anything. And a big garage ! Enough space for the car and the kids bikes.
When you enter the Villa, your eyes scoops around, there are pillars to separate the kitchen from the entrance, and the dining area. You see the nice table, with modern chairs, the neutral colours, with just the right amount of patterns in the design. The fireplace gives the room a nice feeling. You look into the livingroom, same colour palette, and it looks very comfortable, and nice, there will be room for the whole family. You enter the master bedroom, and the midknightblue theme, is just what you need, when you’re going to sleep, and it has a private bathroom… no diapers in here ! The studyroom is just what you and your spouse need, when you’re going to work at home, and the pale green colours a just perfekt.
The other side of the house has a small hallway, that directs you into a guest-toilette, and another bathroom, just for the kids. There is a baby/toddler room for expanding the family, 2 kidsrooms for the twins, boy and girl, and of cause a teenage (or guest) room.

One of my older creations, but it looks very nice in the game, så I thoght I might share it with you.
It is the first (and oly) very VERY big house I’ve ever made, I prefer making smaller houses, but I think it turned out pretty good.
I tried to make it the same style as the City Hall and School in Sunset Valley.

Zeentropia is for the family with no kids, or a single teenager. The house got a nice garden, where you can find an area with chess and bonfire, a relaxing area near the koi-pond, grill and eating area for all the guest. In the basement you will find a garage and workshop.
You’ll get into a light and big hall, with stairs to the basement and to the upper floor. you can take a rest here, and get ready for a trip to the city. From the hall you can get in to the light livingroom, or into the kitchen with chairs for 5, you can also go into the cozy office. There is also a small toilet and washingroom, with both washing- and drying maschine, on this floor.
When you enter the upperfloor, there is a nice relaxing area, with easel and guitar. from here you can go into the master bedroom, that has a bathroom with tub. You can also go into the guest/teenage room, also with a bathroom that has a tub. Or you can go into a nice fireplace-room, where you can read books or just look at the fire and dream away (from here you’ll have access to the guest/teenage bathroom.
I have decided to start this blog from scratch. The blog is turned in to be a place where I show the world the builds I’ve made with The Sims 3.
Currently I’m working on a world, created with the Create-A-World tool, you’ll probably see more to it, when I get closer to the end, it is taking a LOT of time – which I, by the way, don’t have.
When I get tired of looking at the world, I’m building homes, public places etc. in The Sims 3 game.
